Paying homage to Claude Monet, who first stayed at The Savoy in 1899 and painted his series of London bridges from the view outside his suite, this cocktail layers Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Rye, Khoosh Bitter and Vina AB Amontillado into a silky, nutty, floral blend.
