Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-in time is guaranteed from 3.00pm and Check-out time is at 12.00 noon.
Should you arrive in advance of check in time and your room be in the final stages of preparation, the team would be delighted to store your luggage and extend the full guest facilities for your usage until such time your room becomes ready.

Parking
The Savoy Doormen Team are proud to provide valet parking. No advance booking necessary and pricing is as follows:
Up to 2 hours for £22.50
Up to 4 hours for £34.00
Up to 6 hours for £38.50
Up to 9 hours for £48.00
Up to 12 hours for £58.00
Up to 24 hours for £70.00
Overnight for £70.00
Blue Badge Holders receive 50% discount on the above rates

Dress Code
Here at The Savoy, we invite all of our guests to dress in whichever attire makes one feel both comfortable and elegant.

Concierge
The Concierge desk is located in the Front Hall and is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily. They may assist with restaurant reservations, city and tour information, theatre tickets, return flight confirmation, sports and entertainment tickets as well as other requests you may have.

Assistance is also available 24 hours/day at the Reception Desk.

Luggage
Bellmen are located in the Front Hall of the hotel. They would be delighted to assist you with porterage and storage needs.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Feel free to contact us in advance of your arrival should you require assistance with mobility or require wheelchair assistance.
There are six fully accessible rooms available at The Savoy.
Our Restaurants and Bars on site offer wheelchair accessibility.

Lifts
Two lifts are located directly off from the Front Hall in addition to one in each of the West and East wings.
There is a separate lift for access to the Gallery, River Restaurant and Beaufort Bar.
A chairlift provides access from the river entrance for events held in the River Room.
Accessible routes are also available to The American Bar and Restaurant 1890.
A chairlift is also available for use if preferred.

Indoor Pool
Located on the third floor of the hotel, a magnificent swimming pool is situated in its own atrium with natural light and equipped with a jet-stream for the more energetic to swim against the current. For total relaxation there is a sauna and steam room in the separate male and female changing areas, and loungers around the pool.
Pool, Sauna and Steam room: Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 9.00pm (last entry to the pool at 8.30pm), Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 8.30pm (last entry 7.30pm)

Complimentary access for hotel residents without reservation and day passes available to non-residents at £85 per person.
Welcome to all ages however, children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.

Gym
Located on the third floor of the hotel, featuring state-of-the art facilities with weights and cardiovascular equipment in the two gym areas.
Open 24 hours for hotel residents. Day passes for non-residents available at £85 per person.

Health and Beauty
Beauty & Fitness at The Savoy offers specialised treatments with our experienced therapists, and featuring exceptional products including award winning brands, Hydrafacial and Natura Bissé for facials and La Eva for body treatments. Appointments are available from 10.00am to 6.30pm daily. Appointments may be organised outside of these hours by prior arrangement. Please kindly arrive to treatments 15 minutes before scheduled start time.

Laundry Service
The hotel is proud to offer same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services to our residents. Shoeshine service and pressing services are also available.


Housekeeping
The Housekeeping department are pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests.

Savoy Flowers
The Savoy’s in-house creative floral team are on hand to advise and help plan every aspect of your stay or event down to the very last detail, whether it’s an exquisite bouquet for a special occasion, or an elaborate display. Flowers can be ordered by both In-House-Guests and non-residents.

Baby Sitting
The Savoy uses the services of Rockabye Babysitters, a well renowned babysitting company in London.

Pet Policy
Dogs less than 25lbs / 11kg are permitted to stay in the hotel and there is a charge of £25 per day per pet. Pets will receive room amenities and are not to be left unattended in our guest rooms. Registered Service Animals are always welcome and are exempt from the charge. Please note pets are not allowed in any of the hotel bars or restaurants with exception to Registered Service Animals.

Safety Deposit Boxes
Each guest room is furnished with a digital safe for safekeeping of all valuables throughout your stay.
