Ki No Bi Gin Pop-Up

Get a taste of Japan with our Ki No Bi Gin pop-up, open in The Savoy forecourt until 12 October.

Our Ki No Bi Gin pop-up sees our creative bartenders showcase three original cocktails using only the finest artisanal Japanese gin. Try a Kyoto Sling, which blends Ki No Bi’s Dry gin with grapefruit juice and pomelo tonic water or opt for our Umami,  which combines Ki No Bi Sei with Sake, Mirin and Cocchi Americano.

These handcrafted cocktails are served alongside bespoke Japanese-inspired scones that our talented Savoy pastry team has crafted especially for the occasion. Savour the flavours of the East with our Ki No Bi Gin cured Salmon Scone served with Yuzu Mayonnaise and indulge in our Matcha and Black Sesame Scone served with Red Bean Jam and Yuzu Curd.
