The Savoy and the BAFTA's

The Savoy is synonymous with entertainment, and personalities have been infusing it with their sparkle since 1890. 2024 marks the 14th year of partnership between The Savoy and the EE British Academy Film Awards. As their official hotel partner, The Savoy will once again become BAFTA’s home for the weekend of the awards, hosting the Style Suites where the great and the good come to get red-carpet ready for the glittering event.

Ahead of the BAFTA Film Awards Ceremony, nominees, citation readers and guests of the Awards are invited to visit the Style Suites for make-up, hair, and jewellery styling; with fellow partners Lancôme, GHD and Bvlgari.

The exhibition shown in the Beaufort Bar and American Bar celebrate our collaboration with BAFTA, focussing on portraits captured in the Official Portrait Booth at the EE BAFTA Film Awards in 2023 by BAFTA photographer Charlie Clift Those pictured were all photographed by Charlie on the night of the awards – with some, such as BAFTA Fellowship recipient Sandy Powell, EE Rising Star nominee Daryl McCormack, iconic performer and BAFTA winner Ariana De Bose and Troy Kotsur, Supporting Actor winner 2022 for ‘CODA’, all also being guests of The Savoy last year.
